Cutting Edge Concessions (CEC) was founded in 2004 to create innovative food products, technology and equipment for the theater, concession, retail and foodservice industries.  CEC partners with leaders in each channel to customize products to the unique requirements of each operational environment. 

 

With over 100 years of combined industry experience specializing in marketing, sales and product innovation, the leadership team at CEC are both owners and day to day operators of the brands they sell. 

 

Today, CEC owns brands focused in the snack category with shelf stable soft pretzels, bagels and pretzel bites, icing cups, individual snack seasonings and cookies.  Their products are enjoyed at leading national and international theaters, stadiums, retail outlets and foodservice institutions.
